The Opportunity:

Join CACI as a SME Value Performance Manager for the provision of IT services under the SCITLS contract supporting USSTRATCOM. You will be a key member of our team, driving Value and Performance efforts across the organization. In this role, you will monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met and develop project controls to support project stand-up, as well as creating charge points IAW award. This position offers the opportunity to work with project teams to identify opportunities for improving processes, workflows, and delivery methods to increase value. As a technical expert, you will possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments. Additionally, This role may require you to supervise others.

This role is part of an innovative IT Service Management Office (ITSMO) team supporting U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) in Omaha, Nebraska, and is contingent upon award of the USSTRATCOM SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:

Value Performance Manager, SME:

Implements and maintains Value & Performance Management System

Establishes clear and measurable KPIs and ensures value by working closely with stakeholders to ensure that metrics reflect the goals and needs of USSTRATCOM

Identifies and implements the Value & Performance Management System’s approach for providing and ensuring quality of solution to meet the requirements of the TO

Provides all-around operational support to all program portfolios

Monitors progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met

Develops project controls to support project stand-up

Creates charge points IAW award

Works with project teams to identify opportunities for improving processes, workflows, and delivery methods to increase value

Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

May supervise others

Qualifications:

Required:

Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in science (BS) or a bachelor’s degree in arts (BA)

A minimum of 10 years of experience in performance management and value optimization

Project Management Professional or Certified Associate in Project Management

CompTIA Security+ certification OR

GIAC GSEC certification OR 

Defense Acquisition University DAWIA PM Practitioner OR

A bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET* (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited program in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field OR

A bachelor's degree or higher from an institution designated as a Center of Academic Excellence (CAE)* in Cyber Defense Education by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) OR

Possess and maintain the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) CCYB 002A Cybersecurity for Program Managers Credential. This credential is obtained by completing an 8-hour course and requires recertification every three years. If not already held, the successful candidate must obtain this credential within 6 months of hiring, completed outside of regular work hours. The employee will be responsible for maintaining this credential throughout their employment by completing the required recertification every three years. AND

Have completed the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) CLE 074 Cybersecurity Throughout DoD Acquisition course. This is a 4-hour course. If not already completed, the successful candidate must finish this course within 6 months of hiring, completed outside of regular work hours. AND

Possess and maintain the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) CENG 012 Technology Management Credential. This credential is obtained by completing a 4-hour course, a 3-hour course, and a capstone project and requires recertification every five years. If not already held, the successful candidate must obtain this credential within 6 months of hiring, completed outside of regular work hours. The employee will be responsible for maintaining this credential throughout their employment by completing the required recertification every three years.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,500 - $181,500
