SME (Small Medium Enterprise) Sales Channel Manager
What you’ll do

Define and target strategy in-line with Vodafone Turkey and Vodafone Business Unit strategies and manage Vodafone Business Unit SME shops, their investors and your team accordingly

 

• Build long term growth strategy and execution plan for your team & coach and develop your team

• Lead the team for achieving sales targets and objectives and for gaining market share

• Manage the sales pipeline with a disciplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales targets are achieved

• Ensure that the dealers and teams are operationg according to the expected standards and rules with high quality

• Manage the performance and P&L of the dealers

• Manage new customer acquisition, churn management and retention processes carried out in SME P&L, digital and physical sales channels with coordinating all marketing, trade marketing, pricing, product and all related teams

• Achieve RF revenue, new sales, contribution margin, EBITDA targets

• Ensure that the assigned dealers and customers are fully utilized in terms of Vodafone products and services (i.e., mobile, fixed, cloud, IoT solutions)

• Build the sales channels and the sales teams of the dealers, creating back up for the sales teams and for the dealers as well

• Attract and enable sales talents to grow by creating opportunities in sales team

• Visit important customers together with the teams

• Control and analyse the visit plans of the teams

• Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities and targeting potential customers

• Ensure sales teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth

• Ensure diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met

• Guarantee team’s compliance with Sales methods & tools (i.e. SFDC quality) to ensure alignment with other teams and functions

Who you are

• University and preferably Master’s Degree (Economics, Business Administration or Engineering)

• Experience in Telecommunication sector and sales

• Experience in dealer/distributor management

• Fixed and solution sales competency

• 10+ years’ experience in sales management and 3+ years’ experience in people management

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team

• Good negotiation skills and team management skills

• Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary

• Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
