Roles & Responsibilities: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Ability to work/collaborate with SmartComm team at client place. Also, should lead a small offshore SmartComm team + Designing, implementing, and maintaining smartCOMM applications + Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle + Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code + Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging + Ensuring designs comply with specifications + Prepare and produce releases of software components. + Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these to the technical team. + Problem-solving skills, analytical mind, and a positive attitude. + Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning. + Results-oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines. + Teamwork and willingness to listen to others + Eagerness to learn new ideas, concepts, and technologies. Professional Skills: + Designing and Developing Applications using the smartCOMM Modules – ATD (Advance Template Designer) & Data Modeler. + Experience in developing programs using Javascript language. + Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL Server or Oracle database) . + Good hands-on experience with XML/Jason.
