This individual will be responsible for the following but not limited to: • Develop and manage telecommunications projects (micro, macro, small cell, etc) from inception to completion. • Utilize AutoCAD design software to support project needs. • Assist with prepare comprehensive proposals, including scope, schedule, and fee structures. • Oversee contract management and billing processes. • Apply extensive design knowledge to guide project development. • Implement cost and budgetary control procedures effectively. • Foster professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Manage a team of designers, CADD technicians, and project engineers. • Train and develop staff to enhance team capabilities. • Ensure the delivery of complete design packages, coordinating multiple design disciplines. • Oversee the preparation of plans, technical specifications, and schedules. ***Report to office location 5 days a week, 6-7 start time*** ***Onsite is required as needed*** ***Experience supporting crews of 5-10*** Skills Project management, Stakeholder management, Program management, Project plan Top Skills Details Project management,Stakeholder management,Program management,Project plan Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Experience • Minimum of 7 years (5 small cell, 2 PM) of experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in micro, macro, and small cell projects • Prior experience managing design projects is required • Proven leadership skills with a broad understanding of telecommunications and design processes. • Proficiency in AutoCAD design software. • Extensive knowledge of cost and budgetary control procedures including BOM, MOP, SOW, etc. • Ability to prepare technical proposals and develop professional relationships. • Local client contacts and the ability to bring in new business are highly desirable. • Experience with Crown Castle and/or Verizon is preferred ***Testing/reading test results is a must have. Testing includes PIM, Sweep, OTDR, Aritzu, etc.*** Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience within small cell. • Appropriate professional certification preferred. • Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position. Experience Level Intermediate Leve Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
