Job Title: SLP and HRD Manager

Job Summary:

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced SLP and HRD Manager to join their operations in Mpumalanga!

Responsibilities:

Managing Social Labour Plan for the various sites Contributing to the development of SLP Plan Identify LED and other SLP Projects in consultation with Local Government and other stakeholders Facilitates the development of mining Charter reports and DRM audits Ensuring integration of all community development initiatives

 

Requirements:

Grade 12 Degree / National Diploma in Community / Social Development Studies 5-8 years’ experience as SLP Manager Code 8 Driver’s License
