QUALIFICATIONS (requirements of the job)   

Must be able to use precision measuring devices, such as; micrometers (standard & digital),

calipers, tape measure, scale, radius gage, and dial indicators.  

Must be able to lift (up to 50 lbs.), bend, stoop, climb and reach.  

Must be capable of verifying parts to print.    

Must pass test for S/U Operate and Blueprint Reading test.  

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE (helpful in performance of the job) 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (requirements in performance of the job)

Individual will be required to perform a variety of tasks pertaining to proper set-up of  

machinery and ensure the machinery operates safely, in a manner necessary to produce quality

parts, at a production rate given on the router.   

Will be required to select proper tooling for the work order.  

Will be required to correctly adjust tooling to ensure part is produced to print specifications.

Will be required to use air and hand tools.    

Will be required to perform TPM on machines as directed.   

Will be required to set and adjust safety equipment.   

May be required to operate PC to record or retrieve data pertaining to the setup and operation

of the machines.     

Perform all other functions of the job as required.
