ResponsibilitiesWhere You'll Make an Impact:
Supervise a team of slot technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.Oversee the installation, setup, and configuration of new slot machines and gaming systems.Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all slot machines to ensure optimal performance and compliance with gaming regulations.Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with electronic gaming machines, including troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems.Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and standards related to slot machine operations and maintenance.Monitor and analyze machine performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Coordinate with other departments, such as security and surveillance, to address security concerns and ensure the integrity of the gaming floor.Manage the slot floor during assigned shifts, including resolving customer service issues and addressing emergencies promptly.Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes related to slot machines and gaming equipment.Maintaining required documentation of slot moves, maintenance and repair logs, and purchase orders and requisitions for slot machine parts and supplies.Supervise house technicians as directed by Slot Department and/or coordinates Service Technicians directed by State Gaming Board in the performance of their duties as assigned.Responsible for creating/reviewing reports and statistical data for malfunctions or other problems and implementing appropriate maintenance and repair lists.Supervise processes for investigating standard deviation, variance and other performance errors with slot machines.Review department’s financial data, operational performance and all other activities with Slot Technical Manager, VP/Director of Slot Operations.Assist and work with the Slot Operations Managers/Supervisors to ensure maximum game availability and customer experience.Other duties as assigned. Must-Haves:
Four (4) year degree in a technical field, or specific work experience to include:Three (3) to Eight (8) years of experience in Slot Technical Supervision preferred while electronics and maintenance of technical equipment, video game machines or other industry experience is considered.Experience with slot accounting and player tracking systems preferred.Experience with multiple slot machine manufacturers and models, set up, communications and optioning preferred.Experience with AutoCAD and floor layout optional.You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.Physical Requirements:
