Responsibilities Ensure all GEM owned equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulationsDevelop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repairEnsure all established policies and procedures are adhered toApply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issuesWork as an ambassador for GEMQualifications No high school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years of related experience or training requiredMust be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currencyIntermediate computer skills Maintain a valid driver's license and must be able to maintain appropriate gaming license in accordance with the State of Illinois RequirementsGeneral knowledge of gaming regulationsPhysical Requirements Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 70 pounds Shift Details
