WE LOVE OUR WORK.Directly supervises slot operations and monitors all related services affecting the department on an assigned shift Promotes guest development Counsels, guides and coaches personnel in the proper behavior performance of duties Administers evaluations, performance reviews and merit compensation within established guidelines Maintains work schedules for assigned personnel Ensures efficient staffing levels managing hiring, promotion, demotions and termination decisions Ensures guest recognition and development are primary duties for all personnel Maintain the highest standard of customer service and integrity in the slot department Ensure all teams members adhere to department policies, procedures, internal controls and gaming regulations Ensure all areas are staffed and direct personnel throughout the casino Serve as a witness to jackpot pay offs and perform jackpot pay outs $10,000 and above Inspire and motivate team members to perform to their highest potential Manages turnover and budget goals
