We are honored to support transitioning military professionals as they navigate this next chapter and invite you to explore how your skills can make a difference at Blue Cross NC. ****This program is open to only** **active** **military service members.**** **Our SkillBridge internships offer exposure to a variety of business functions and divisions, including but not limited to:** + Information Technology & Cybersecurity – Supporting innovation in digital health solutions and data security. + Project & Program Management – Driving initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery and operational efficiency. + Data Analytics & Business Intelligence – Leveraging data to improve decision-making and patient outcomes. + Human Resources & Talent Acquisition – Helping to shape a strong workforce through recruitment and professional development. + Healthcare Operations & Customer Experience – Ensuring quality service and access to care for our members. + Finance & Business Strategy – Supporting fiscal responsibility and strategic growth initiatives. **Eligibility Requirements:** + Applicants must be active-duty service members within their last 180 days of service at the time of internship start. + Participants must receive approval from their commanding officer and service branch to engage in SkillBridge. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
