Req ID 72519 | Washington Township, MI, US, United States ZF Passive Safety Systems US Inc. **Your tasks:** + **Lead continuous improvement projects as** **_Black Belt_** **and support project team members with application and facilitation of problem solving methods and process (DFSS, DMAIC, 8D);** + **Train and coach employees and staff in** **_Six Sigma_** **methods** (e.g. Green Belt Training, Measurement System Analysis, Process Capability, DOE, QFD, …) at the site and support global team as trainer; + Identify, plan and track improvement opportunities (hard savings, efficiency increase, process improvements, product robustness) in collaboration with the management team; + Evaluate progress of Green Belts competencies and work with them towards certification; + Establish systematic approach to Basic Problem Solving and Advanced Problem Solving in Product Issues. **Your profile:** + **Bachelors degree in engineering or related feild** + **Blackbelt certification required** + **Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality, Six Sigma or similar role, ideally in automotive industry;** + Proven experience in leading Six Sigma projects and driving process improvements. + Competent in Six Sigma methods, Processes and Tools + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and leadership abilities. + Proven experience training and mentoring others + Language: English (fluent); (Spanish basics) + Flexibility to travel (frequency ~1x/quarter) to other location to support trainings, workshops, personal development, etc. Be part of our ZF Lifetec team as Six Sigma Blackbelt Specialist and apply now!
