Job Title: Managed Service Lead (Site Services)

Business Unit: Engineering

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Location of Position: Dublin

Nature of Position: Full Time Permanent

We are currently looking to hire a Managed Service Led to lead one of our Engineering teams on a Dublin based site. We require this person to manage and optimise our Client Support and Project delivery bringing together the efficient delivery of service while driving innovations and value add for our customer.

Experience Required:

Min 10 years’ experience within the life Science sector in Manufacturing Execution Systems and Process Control and Automation. Experience in both Technical and Management is desirable.

Required Qualification:

Science or Engineering Degree qualification. Post Graduate Qualification in a related discipline is desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

Work as part of the Managed Service Team with overall responsibility for delivery of MS KPIs and small projects delivery including Day support, On-Call Support, System Administration and Control Systems Validation activities. Responsible for Resource management and acquisition of MS Team and Professional Placements across the site. Working closely with Engineering manager and our Sales team, to develop and grow our Site Services offering. Financial and Performance Responsibility and Reporting both internally and to externally to our client. Main Point of contact for multiple customers on site.
