Responsibilities

Follow well-defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOPs, and work instructions. Take direction from Site Supervisor/Manager (and Team Lead) regarding daily duties.Independently make decisions and apply available resources to meet customer requirements.Analyze, maintain, and reconcile various reports to ensure customer and ULS requirements are met.Show strength in capturing, communicating, and explaining job or site-specific performance metrics.Communicate with your supervisor about any customer issues or potential problems.Foster personal growth and development by keeping up to date with new policies and improvements independently of the site trainer and management team.Listen attentively to customer concerns, swiftly address dissatisfaction, and aim for a first-call solution within the designated response times.Function optimally within a diverse, cross-functional team.Embrace Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies.Access and apply Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Intranet and SharePoint document management system.Always represent Thermo Fisher Scientific positively across all customer locations.Carry out additional duties as required.

Job-Specific Duties

General Customer ServiceStockroom/POU ManagementPerform on-site program replenishment and disbursementsCoordinate and assess stock rotation proceduresMaintain and evaluate inventory records monthlyConduct Cycle Count inventory procedures accurately and ensure timely completionMonitor inventory in consignment/customer-owned stockroom daily

Requirements

Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.2-3 years of similar experience.Display a high level of confidentiality for both customer and Fisher.Must maintain Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Four-I Values.Candidates are required to possess one to two years of progressive, relevant experience.Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of a High School Diploma.
