Site Security Managers (SSM) play a critical role in the construction of a secure facility. Their role is a critical and necessary role for the facilities final accreditation as outlined by the Intelligence Community Directive 705. The SSM serves as a subject matter expert and performs quality control for the customer, ensuring the construction security plan is adhered to throughout the construction process.

Required Experience
8+ years related experience;Construction Manager Experience
Former Construction Surveillance Technician, with certification
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years)*Certification
Commercial Blueprint Reading CertificationICD 705 secure space construction certificationSite Security Manager certification or ability to pass a recognized course within 45 days of hireSecurity Clearance Level
Required - TS/SCIMust be able to obtain - TS/SCI with CI polygraph
