Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Site Reliability Developer-related occupation.
Position requires:
1. Database administration;
2. Design to scale strategy;
3. Release / CICD Management;
4. Proficiency in at least one scripting language like Bash, Python, or Powershell;
5. Agile/Scrum and SLDC methodologies;
6. Rest Client development using spring framework, Java and Rest Template;
7. Middleware development using REST service;
8. Requirements gathering from business leaders and stake holders;
9. Designing the IVR call flow based on Technical details and requirements;
10. Working with database team to analyze the different data and schema specifications to design the call flow;
11. Designing and documenting the call flow using Microsoft Visio and word document;
12. Developing IVR call flow using Genesys Composer tool, Cisco Call Studio tool, JAVA;
13. ECMAScript, Java Script and JSP;
14. MockingBird development and servlet development as per the requirement of the project;
15. Automating the test execution using Cyara test tool; and
16. Root cause analysis using big data tool such as Splunk to find issues in Production environment.
