Working from home and open to travel with overnights stays as required. Support the Asset Management Team maintaining statutory, safety and quality and environmental standards. You will conduct site inspections as required and assist the Hub Operations Manager in maintaining contractual obligations.Organisational ContextThis is an operational role requiring home working and travel to asset locations were the efficient and effective handling of tasks is paramount and will be supported by the Hub Operations Manager. This role will enhance efficiency, add value, and provide the opportunity to enter in to the renewable sector. A proactive and flexible approach to working with a collaborative approach to aid efficient delivery. The ideal candidate would have a strong desire to develop the role and in turn themselves with a view to career progression. Accountabilities Ensure all site tasks are carried out under the RES Site Rules, Business Management System and Wind Turbine Safety Rules. Support and training will be provided as required.Provide first line response to site significant defects and any emergencies in an expeditious manner to support the Site Operations Management team meet contractual obligations.Perform asset inspections of generating equipment, civil and site electrical systems according to an inspection schedule. Conduct contractor compliance checks and ensure their adherence to safe systems of work.Inform of issues and operational risks to the Hub Operations Manager promptly to avoid impacts.The ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
