About the Role 

As a Site Operations Associate, you will play a key role in driving seamless product launches and maintaining the integrity of our eCommerce experience. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing product data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure every product page reflects our brand standards and provides a best-in-class shopping experience.

 

Responsibilities 

Create and maintain accurate SKU records in the content management system to support product launches and site merchandising. Manage and update eCommerce data including SKUs, PIPs (Product Information Pages), subsets, and product attributes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms. Conduct regular audits of product pages to identify and address user experience issues, ensuring alignment with brand and category standards. Enhance browsing experience by optimizing related product features such as “also in the collection” and cross-linking strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve data or content issues in the web content management system, ensuring product availability and presentation are not disrupted. Collaborate with merchandising, product development, content production, eCommerce teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful and accurate setup of product information pages. Ensure SKUs are merchandised in alignment with department-specific style guides to support optimal product discovery and conversion.

Serve as a subject matter expert for your assigned category, acting as a key point of contact for eCommerce-related questions and process improvements.

Criteria

2+ years of experience in an operational role within eCommerce, Merchandising, or related field. Strong analytical and technical aptitude with a solid understanding of product data systems. Excellent time management and communication skills. Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel skills, including use of complex formulas. Familiarity with AirTable and/or QlikSense is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. This role requires being onsite in the Dumbo Brooklyn office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
