Job Descriptions for Operation and Maintenance Site Manager (Direct Contract)1. Graduate Electrical Engineer with min. 7 years or Diploma with 10 years of experience in Operation, Maintenance and Testing of GIS Panel (up to 220kV) Substation including Transformer, Panel, Switchyard Bay, CRP, Earthing System etc. Supervisory license of UP is mandatory requirement.
2. Manage Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
3. Monitor usage of tools and equipment and ensure tools are readily available for assigned tasks.4. Establish, implement, train, and monitor maintenance guidelines for the maintenance teams.5. Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.6. Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
7. Should be able to understand Relay coordination, Short Circuit Study , Arc flash study, Power Quality Analysis, Thermography etc.
8. Able to understand ISO Audits documents preparation.
9. Responsibility for budget control, spares management, site contracts management and the on-going improvement of the maintenance systems.
10. Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members. Communicate with Customer, Vendors and other stakeholders.
11. Skill Set- Site Management, Testing of Electrical System, Presentation Skills, MS Office, Supervisory License of state of UP.
12. Troubleshooting of CRP, RTU and SAS.
