Hire Resolve is currently working with a reputable construction company in Cape Town who is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities 
Oversee and manage all on-site activities as Site Manager. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors effectively. Manage materials and equipment on site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the project duration. Requirements B-Tech qualification required; SACPCMP registration preferred. Experience in high-end multi-residential developments, retail, and healthcare sectors. 6-10 years of relevant experience required. Must possess own transport and reside in Cape Town. Valid Driver’s License Previous employment with reputable companies is essential. Serious applicants only; no chancers. Benefits Salary: R500,000 – R700,000 Negotiable based on experience.
