To handle team of Engineers effectively to get the desired output. To review and apply the planning so as to meet the scheduled commissioning.  Generating regular MIS as per management requirements. Ensure to follow all the required statutory requirements to avoid any penalty. To ensure implementation of Quality as per approved FQP and relevant IS Codes/CBIP manual etc. • To ensure implementation of Safety as per organisation guidelines. Handling of vendor to avoid any additional cost on Owner. Conducting regular Project review meeting with counterpart and identifying the critical paths for necessary resolutions. Keeping track of budget so as to keep cost within the budget.  To identify the bottlenecks and their resolutions so as to avoid last minute surprises. To plan timely shutdowns and crossings and follow ups for timely execution. Processing of vendor bills timely. •  Conducting safety and quality programmes at site level for development of their team at regular intervals. •

Educational Qualification: 

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Transmission Line execution

B.E./ B.Tech. – Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical

Experiences: 

Team management, engagement & motivation ROW solving, Farmers, landowners. Interaction with Government Authorities. Should have knowledge of IS5613, CBIP Manual
