Minimum requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering  4-5 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer or an equivalent role Thorough knowledge of the Building Code, safety regulations and standards Must have experience in the construction industry Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations Analysing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager and key stakeholders Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency Monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and adhering to budget constraints Analyse and interpret engineering plans, aerial photography, blueprints, topographical & geologic data, and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities
