About the Role & Team

Implement the day-to-day production schedules, including content and campaign scheduling.  Set-up and test site promotions. Act as first line support for the website and ensure that all site content and product information is accurate and live on schedule.  If selected for this role you will report to the site merchandising manager. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

What You Will DoConfigure site modules, and schedule content, ensuring accuracy at every step. Set up and test promotions and campaigns as directed by merchandising and marketing teams, Ensure all site content, including SEO and Meta data is accurateEnsure product pages are optimised, review product and category redirects.Review Search on website is reviewed, and null and popular searches are optimised. Review Navigation and make changes based on optimising in market. Implement online merchandising strategies to maximise salesEnsure product launches and promotional activity is live at the correct time with all inclusions and exclusions correctly implemented as instructed by merchandisingEnsure all content on the site is tagged correctly for analytics purposesTraining and Professional Development Operate with integrity, champion change and be a good ambassador for the Walt Disney Company, Operate as part of an effective and inclusive team by demonstrating an awareness of others; welcoming and valuing unique perspectives and ideas; offering support, sharing knowledge and best practices in order to contribute to overall departmental commitmentsRequired Qualifications & Skills Demonstrable experience within a similar role in an e-commerce retail environment, Understanding of e-commerce trading and best practice, Understanding of user experience, web usability and web analytics, advantageous,  Content management experience using either Demandware or Salesforce. Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, Articulate and effective communicator, Computer literature with skills using MS Office and Excel, essential; proficiency using JIRA/Confluence/Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Adobe software, advantageous, Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, A commercial focus,  Cultural sensitivity.
