Responsibilities Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as neededBook classrooms and ensure they are properly set upSupport the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidatesAssist team members with their on-boarding, new hire paperwork, and badgingEscalate human resources issues to the proper person and teamAssist with check-in/check-out of team membersQualifications Experience as a training administrator or similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWorking knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plusNo high school diploma or GED requiredShift Details
