· Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards

· Develop and implement construction strategies to meet project timelines and budget constraints

· Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

· Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays

Education Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

· Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

· 8-15 years of experience in construction management within the Real Estate industry

· Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale projects

· Proven track record of leadership and team management
