Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$57,750 - $129,800

Overall Job Purpose

This role will collaborate with global communications, HR, and other site communicators to develop sitewide functional communications campaigns for internal and external audiences. The Site Communications Lead works to support setting business partners’ communications objectives and contributes to their success by developing and implementing integrated outcome-focused communications plans. Focused on effective communications strategies, this role helps deepen communications acumen in business functions and works closely with leaders in communications to provide communications counsel and guidance. This individual also improves guidelines and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the team.

Responsibilities

Works with leadership team on identifying communications target business outcomes and on setting communications objectives and strategy for each site

Makes tactical decisions on how to carry out the strategy

Works with team members to determine outcome-focused metrics and tracks progress in strategy implementation

Weighs into and executes departmental procedures and guidelines, coordinating with business, leaders and staff at the network and sites. 

Works collaborative to leverage resources, training, best practices and replicates to execute strategic communications plans across sites. 

Basic Qualification

Business level English 

3-5 years of experience and bachelor's degree

Exceptional writing, editing and oral communications skills with the ability to convey highly complex information in clear, compelling ways

Demonstrated excellent strategist with keen creative instincts and expertise influencing leadership thinking in communication and issues management.

Builds constructive relationships across the organization to help achieve business outcomes

Develops schedules and budgets and effectively manages projects to achieve goals

Demonstrates effective persuasion and influencing skills communicating with all levels

Can handle multiple complex projects across multiple channels and across sites

Collects, analyzes and interprets qualitative and quantitative data and information to develop thorough understanding of stakeholder motivations and preferences

Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and a willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcome and adjusts quickly and efficiently to new circumstances
