Are you a detail-oriented, resourceful, and driven individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the telecommunications industry?  Kimley-Horn is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in our West Palm Beach (FL) office.

Responsibilities Conduct site identification, evaluation, and selection for new wireless communication facilitiesCollaborate with internal teams, including engineers, project managers, and legal counsel, to ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental permits, and other site acquisition requirementsNegotiate lease agreements, easements, and other necessary documents with property owners and stakeholdersManage the site acquisition process, including conducting site visits, coordinating due diligence activities, and obtaining necessary approvalsMaintain accurate records and documentation throughout the site acquisition processAssist in modification projects, including site upgrades, expansions, and equipment installations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in site acquisition within the telecommunications industryStrong knowledge of zoning regulations, land use, and environmental permitting processesExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners and stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database managementAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to travel as needed
