Customer Engineer
Responsible for customer support through on-site installation, enabling tool performance through quality repair/ troubleshooting of critical processes and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
Analyzes tool output data and problem solve directly with customers’ on-site engineers.
Participates in projects to manage costs, improves equipment uptime and drives continuous improvement.
Process Support Engineer
Drives the adoption of new process technologies at the customer sites.
Works closely with customer to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements through design of experiments.
Obtains tool performance information and process trends by analysis of data through software applications.
Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, overseeing necessary diagnoses, solving complex technical issues and driving continuous improvement projects.
Manufacturing Engineer
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation processes in the manufacturing or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Interfaces with other engineering functions in coordinating the release of new products.
Launches, releases, approves and implements engineering change orders to support design engineering for new and existing products.
Systems Engineer
Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our automated control systems
Apply electrical engineering principles to enhance and troubleshoot automation systems.
Understand and apply AI concepts to improve automation and machine learning capabilities within the manufacturing environment
Operations & Customer Quality Engineer
Assists in the design and implementation of methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/ or production equipment.
Assists in the development and uses test procedures. Prepares documentation for inspection/ testing procedures. Recommends corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies.
Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results.
Utilizes drawings, specifications, industry standards, and sketches, adapting inspection measuring devices and procedures when necessary. Read and interpret technical drawings and specification requirements.
Process Engineer (R&D)
Works closely with customers to identify and provide solutions to high value complex technical problems and provides solutions.
Compiles and performs analysis of data to assist in driving process improvement and engineering projects.
Troubleshoots problems, performs Root Cause Analysis and resolves process engineering issues.
Hardware Qualification & Development Support Team Engineer (R&D)
Install and qualify new hardware such as platforms, chambers, components so as to ensure they are meeting the operational requirements as per designed project and hardware specifications.
Perform tool build, integration, testing and troubleshooting
Work with Clean Room Facilities group to specify facilities requirements
Global Supply Chain rotation program
A 16-month programme that offers you the opportunity to gain exposure and build in-depth knowledge in various aspects of supply chain in the semiconductor industry.
You will get to rotate across 4 different functions within the Global Supply Chain organization
