Your Key Responsibilities Development and implementation of simulation methods for manufacturing processes through cold and hot plastic deformation; Define specifications for the development of applications for simulating manufacturing processes in the field of engineering; Preparation of testing documentation and testing of simulation applications for manufacturing processes within engineering; Documentation of the usage of applications for simulating manufacturing processes within engineering and training of personnel in the research and development process; Define specifications for the development of interfaces for data collection from connected systems; Rollout of new versions; User support for applications simulating manufacturing processes (First-Level Support); Perform complex analyses of manufacturing process simulations; Conceive, develop and evaluate plans and criteria for solving a variety of unique and complex engineering problems; Assess feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering solutions; Contribute to inventions, new designs or techniques that are regarded as major advances in the field. Your Qualifications University degree - technical profile (such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Materials, etc.); Professional experience >5 years; Experience in the field of finite element analysis, materials science, and manufacturing technologies through plastic deformation; Knowledge in using CAD and FEA software; Understanding of manufacturing processes through plastic deformation; Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Fluency in English and/or German; Ability to synthesize and interpret results; Open, sociable personality, attentive to details, and results-oriented.
