Your focus is on ensuring seamless integration and effective management of services from multiple internal and external providers, all while delivering a unified and high-quality experience for our users. **What you'll be doing** **Responsibilities:** + **Develop and Maintain SIAM Strategy:** + Create and maintain the overall SIAM strategy, aligning it with the organization’s business goals and objectives. + Understand client business and service needs to tailor the strategy effectively. + **Design and Implement SIAM Architecture:** + Define the SIAM architecture, including processes, tools, and governance frameworks. + Configure tools to best support client-specific requirements. + **Service Provider Management:** + Identify and manage relationships with all service providers, both internal and external. + Ensure the service model aligns with client needs. + **Continuous Improvement:** + Drive ongoing improvements in SIAM processes by identifying and implementing best practices. + Regularly assess and optimize the service model. + **Expert Guidance:** + Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on SIAM-related matters. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. + **Smooth Transitions:** + Manage transitions during service activation and service model design. + Ensure tooling fits the needs of the service model + **Client Onboarding:** + Facilitate client stakeholders’ adoption of the Service Portal. **Workplace type** **:** Remote Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
