Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a part-time, Shuttle Driver to join our Security team. This position has the following shifts available: 6am-10am; 3pm-7pm; 11am-7:30pm.
Responsibilities Safely transport Medpace associates to/from offsite parking to the Medpace campus;Regularly inspect and report issues regarding assigned shuttle vehicle;Work with Security and Facilities team to provide high level of customer service to all Medpace associates;Support Campus Security team with other patrol and security tasks as assigned;Monitor and authorize vehicles or people on the property;Maintain inventory of all security equipment including, but not limited to, traffic cones, air compressor, battery charger, etc.;Call local authorities should trespassers or wrongdoers need removed from the area;Provide assistance to individuals on campus as needed;Communicate facilities-related matters and concerns to management as appropriate;Complete all assigned safety and training programs;Maintain a safe working environment;Complete reports and document all incidents/activities during shifts in accordance with SOPs/Manuals/Guidelines;Sustain the highest levels of professional conduct and customer service maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor; andMay be responsible for other projects as assignedQualifications High School Diploma Current and legal Driver's License;Prior experience driving 15 passenger van/shuttle or other commercial vehicle preferred;Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and ladders;Demonstrated ability to follow procedures directed by work orders, peers and/or supervisor;Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision;Demonstrated ability to adequately communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties, as necessary; andKnowledge of the work hazards and applicable safety precautions associated with the area of work assignment
