Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting bathroom fixtures, bathroom products, tiles , lights & ironmongery and accessories to meet their specific requirements. Provide advice and guidance on product features, functionality, and installation. Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and always ensure customer satisfaction. Effectively manage demanding clients with patience and professionalism, turning challenging situations into positive outcomes. Perform administrative tasks such as processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining showroom displays. Utilize computer skills to input data, generate reports, and manage customer information efficiently. Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent. Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or retail environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Willing to go the extra mile for the customer Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with demanding clients, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills. A strong multi-tasking ability Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems quickly. Staying up to date with interior design trends for bathrooms Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:00 Saturday 08:30 – 12:30 Benefits:
