Position Summary:

Monitors the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate case accountability. Delivers late case(s) to correct routes. Finalizes invoicing process and delivers driver load sheets to dispatch once routes are complete.

Essential Functions:

Monitors case accountability in the WMS. 

Communicates with multiple departments. 

Delivers late cases accurately to routes.

Completes route invoices when WMS screens are clear. 

Completes housekeeping activities on a daily basis.

Works in all weather conditions. 

Adheres to the Mission and Cornerstone Values and applicable practices of the organization.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Proficient in the use of the GFS Warehouse Management System.

Ability to manages multiple tasks at once. 

Excellent communication skills.

Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the startup, movement, or approach of equipment ( including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.
