Minimum requirements:

Minimum NQF 4 in short-term insurance or relevant financial qualification (minimum 120 credits) (Candidates who are still completing their qualification will also be considered, but need to still be within their DOFA date) RE 5 (not negotiable) Personal and commercial class of business, if registered as a representative after 2017. Minimum 3 years personal and commercial lines experience required. Knowledge of the FAIS, FICA and POPI acts.

Responsibilities:

Sales of new policies (minimum target R3 500.00 commission per month, which equates to about 10 policies). Servicing, maintenance, and reviews of clients on our existing book (50 clients). Sourcing of own leads is not required. There is an inbound call centre who do cold calling and book new sales appointments. Managing of administrative assistant. The broker is provided with administrative support, who will assist with quotations and servicing requests
