We are looking for an **Shop Supervisor (Carbon Shop)** for our wheels and brakes maintenance, repair and overall (MRO) facility, Goodrich Asia Pacific Limited, located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity to establish or advance your career in the aviation industry. **What You Will Do** + Manage on daily and weekly output plans to meet OTD and the TAT target, managing resources effectively to fulfill the plan. + Monitor team labor productivity (utilization, efficiency & overtime), identify and realize opportunities for improvement. + Maintains effective communications with Customer Service Dept. to tail with customers’ requirement and monitor feedback timely to ensure smooth production. + Liaise with Quality, Engineer and /or OEMs & customers on engineering and technical matters where necessary. + Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve individual & team performance and motivation; train and develop team members in upgrading them to be the authorized technicians and/or inspectors. + Communicating with technicians and management, conduct one to one discussions on identified issues, concerns and actions. + Promote Continuous Improvement among team members and actively involved in associated activities to meet business targets, e.g. products quality, OTD, labor productivity etc. + Physically involved all maintenances process. + Ensure effective implementation of 3E (Ethic, Export Control, EHS), Quality and SMS policies + Promote and enforce the compliance of quality to meet all regulatory requirements and company policies. + Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or its authorized delegate. **Qualifications You Must Have** + College or above, majored in associated field. + 3 or more years experience in related industries. + Self-starter who can work on own initiative + Proven ability to plan and forecast + Ability to lead, train, mentor and work in a team environment + Good negotiation and communication skill + Fluent in English (spoken & written) + Computer literate Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
