 To effectively manage and minimize HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:
Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guideline and legal requirementsPromotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies That HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibilityCompliance with the OHS Act of 1993 (Asbestos, Construction, Electrical Installation, Environmental etc)Ensure adherence of TMSA HSEQ procedures by contractors and staff. Provide assurance on HSEQ and take corrective action in your area of responsibility. •Ensure that only contractors with valid contracts are used, including TotalEnergies Group ICC policy compliance. Reporting: Ensure Sales, SFS and Investment teams are optimally engaged on allocated projects.Allocated Projects Progress Reporting including but not limited to:
- Project HSSE Performance
- Project Quality Performance
- Project Schedule Compliance
- Project Progress Cost Status vs Budget
- Risk Management

Customer Service Delivery of Projects in line with agreed stakeholders KPI’s.Provide cost estimates within agreed timeframes to business for investment assessments. Budget Budget Control, including optimal management project scope changes and value generation/optimization. Ensure timeous liquidation of allocated budget. Projects Design, Construction and Engineering Development of new concepts strategies and designs, (e.g., Containerized solutions.)Implementation and roll out of new concepts. (e.g., Mobility, QSR, general partnerships) New/Refurbished Shop Design approvals.  Optimization of White Spaces: Design recommendation, approvals, and project implementation.  Effective management of allocated projects in line with TMSA Project methodology, including:
Ensuring effective project scoping for all allocated technical projects, including all stakeholder requirements.Ensure that project feasibility studies are completed for all allocated projects.Ensure that project review sessions are conducted including arranging, facilitating and recording the proceedings of his/her project review meetings. Ensure that all projects comply to Amethyst standards. Ensure project design review are completed in line approved Project Methodology. Ensure legal and internal processes compliance including but not limited to Municipal approvals, Design compliance, Management of Change. Ensure optimal management of projects documentation, Commissioning and Handover.  Context & Environment Effective Stakeholder management of relevant Project stakeholders (SFS, Technical Field Engineers, Projects Engineers, sales team, dealers, wet stock team, HSE, etc)
