Hourly Rate: $18 - $42

Driver’s license and a clean driving history required.

Compensation Details:

We have a hybrid pay structure, where you earn based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two hourly rates - Administrate Rate and Job Rate.

Shop Manager

Aftermath is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who excels in both operational management and team development. While prior experience in construction, demolition, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. Aftermath provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, biohazard remediation and mitigation, and customer service. We are committed to training our technicians for success.

What you’ll do:

Direct leadership and development of staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies. Serve as a 'Player-Coach' through direct job site management and support of the Field Team in various biohazard remediation projects. Responsible for shop operations, including but not limited to staffing, interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling. Facilitate community outreach to build brand awareness and establish strong local partnerships. Support Market Manager and Area Manager in daily operations and special projects as needed. Respond promptly to service calls, providing job site bioremediation services in various emergency situations.
