Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervise and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed Allocate work assignments to technicians and ensure that work is performed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards Diagnosis and accurately perform all repairs and maintenance Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

ASE Certifications preferred Minimum 1 year experience as an automotive technician team lead/shop foreman Experience with the CDJR brand preferred, but not required Positive, can-do attitude Valid driver’s license
