Position Headline: Support ZBL for DI localization project execution and strategy development
Areas of Responsibilities: • Implement DI localization strategy, promote and collaborate with local strategic partner for GTM (L2/1/0) strategy and localization coverage. • Manage and drive sales targets for local strategic partners, to achieve sales target and ensure maximising the company’s interest. • Act as contact point of internal sales team, marketing team and local strategic partners in sales process, including but not limited to cross-boundary sales authorization, potential business opportunity determination, etc. • Identify areas for improvement in terms of existing cooperation mechanism, product solutions, marketing activities and sales channels, and actively propose improvement solutions • Ensure commercial operation excellence. Standard sales process setup, including but not limit to ordering, delivery, installation and after-sales services. • Organize and provide selected product training and marketing promotion. • Fully support other duties assigned by supervisor to tackle market environment and business strategy change.
Dimension of Function/Volume: Timely deliver with qualified assigned work related to main targets, e.g. project execution, strategy development and operation works. Contacts(internal/external): Internal: ZBL, BL Head, BL marketing manager, RVP, RD, PM, CS, sales operations External: local strategic business partner, customers
Experience - At least total 10 years working experiences - Working in Healthcare industry for more than 5 years is a plus - Solid mindset/experience in healthcare sales or marketing - Project management experience
Education - Bachelor degree or above, Master preferred
