We are looking for an individuals to join our Shipping team in Carlisle, PA for the duration of the Summer (May - August).

 

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour

 

Primary functions are the following:

Monitor the office window and direct drivers to the correct location for loading or unloading Process UPS outbound shipments Prepare and distribute shipping documents to drivers. Track LTL and parcel shipments as requested by OMS. Provide POD for inbound and outbound shipments as requested. Request and print various shipping documents for LTL’s. Prepare the shipping documents (shipping order, shipping labels, packing list and bill of lading) for distribution to material handlers. Rate LTL’s using websites when needed. Enter charges, dunnage, and pro numbers on LTL shipments when needed.
