Our client in the production industry is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Clerk to join their team. As a Clerk, you will be part of their Shipping and Receiving department, responsible for inventory and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, computer skills and warehouse experience.
**Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Clerk**
**Location: Morrisville, NC**
**Pay Range:** **$18/hr** - **$19.35/hr**
**Schedule: 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM (2ON/2OFF/3ON)**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Inspect shipments for defects or damage, record discrepancies, and notify management.
+ Maintain accurate records, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
+ Load/unload trucks, verify packing slips, and prepare shipping documents (BOL, Packing List).
+ Use Process Shipper, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager for shipping charges and tracking.
+ Tag, stage, palletize, and label raw materials and finished goods.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 1+ year experience with forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse operations.
+ Proficiency in inventory systems, MS Word, and Excel.
+ Experience with inventory or cycle counts.
+ Basic computer skills and ability to use standard office equipment.
+ Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 60 lbs.
