About the position:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for the administrative tasks within the warehouse and tank farm.

What you’ll do:

Writing up Sales Orders Checking and receiving Purchase Orders Booking delivery and transport appointments (as required) Scanning, indexing, retrieving C of A’s Filing and File Preparation System Transactions in SAP, SharePoint, and Excel

 

What we would like from you:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations/warehouse (bulk or package goods) Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills  Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite preferred Shipping/Receiving experience
