Additional Responsibilities: + Unloads/opens all incoming packages. Uses crane and hand-operated equipment to aid in unloading. + Checks in incoming supplies with packing slips to ensure accuracy and completion + Conducts daily forklift inspections + Operates various types of forklift trucks to shift, stack and load other trucks. Transports loads as directed. + Exercises care in operating vehicle, observing and following all safety protocols + Moves incoming supplies and material to proper storage areas + Pack products in boxes, crates, etc or on pallets to conform to specifications and requirements. + Checks shipment for correct materials, packing and crating, tagging and handling instructions, loading and bracing. Completes necessary paperwork. Basic Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED + Prior experience in a manufacturing environment + High attention to detail + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs + Must complete ATI Forged Products Coon Valley fork truck training session Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications) + Basic carpentry fundamentals + 1-2 years of shipping and handling methods and warehouse and inventory control procedures Skills + Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams + Strong ability to work independently and as part of a high performing team Proven to Perform.
