Responsible for all aspects of picking, staging and final preparation/inspection of out-going shipments to customers; receipt, unloading and proper storage of incoming inventory.

Warehouse & Operations Team Leader
Daily Tasks:
Locate, pick, and assemble products on pallets for shipment using forklift, hand truck, reach truck, manually lifting and placing of individual boxes
On/Off forklift as required for shifting loads and operating shrink wrap machine
Maintain, clean, and organize inventory and shipping department
Ensure correct storage placement of inventory
Pick, stage and load outbound containers with finished product to customers and remote warehouses
Unload inbound containers, determine the proper place to store product, and accurately maintain inventory locations
Assist with other operations team tasks such as but not limited to quality inspections, kit building, and semi-finished goods production
Participate in daily MBU meetings with the operations team to stay informed on projects or changes that could potentially impact workflow
Employment Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic math
Forklift expert
3-5 years practical experience - all phases of warehouse work
Attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Stand, sit, walk 8.0 hours
Reach, bend, twist and lift up to 60 pounds several times per hour
Climb on and off fork truck as needed for shipping/receiving load preparation
Operate Stretch-Wrap machine, strapping skids multiple times per day
