Wilson Language Training is growing and looking to hire a Shipping Associate. **Essential Job Functions:** + Picking and shipping small parcel orders via UPS and Fed Ex. + Attention to detail + Following verbal instructions. + Following written instructions. + Understand and display WLT-s values + Other duties as assigned **Minimum Requirements** **Skills:** + Must have computer experience. + Experience with a WMS environment. + Able to load and unload materials weighing up to 50 pounds each + Stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as moving heavy boxes continuously while on your feet. + Skill in simple math computations. + Be proficient in Microsoft Office + Forklift experience, or willing to learn. **Education or Certification:** + High School graduate or GED acceptable **Experience** + 1 year of experience in a Production Associate role. + Prior order fulfillment experience preferred.
