Shipping Coordinator

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supervision of staff in charge (and derivative activities: OJT's, training, motivation, payroll, performance evaluations, etc) Coordinate activities and different areas (Manufacturing Planning and Traffic and Customs) to ensure timely shipments of finished product from scrap and miscellaneousTF to the end customerOrder (buy) the packing material and give the required monitoring to ensure the supply of the same Ensure through appropriate communication and coordination, the flow of returnable packaging materialfrom the supplier to the Plant & from the Plant to the supplier Generation of shipping documents to get them to Traffic and Customs Ensure the integrity of the records in the area ofshipments and make the necessary analysis to arrive at the causes of the discrepancies where these exist Review and analyze the Aged finish goods report, the purpose is identify orders that have been in shipping area for a period of time and take specific action such as notify the order administrator . Analyze the ship set report and coordinate the follow up with manufacturing in order to complete the orders on time or also complete orders when the sales value is high Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: 2 to 4 yearsas a buyer of raw material, equipment, machinery and supplies industry preferably inmetalmechanic.
