**Job Title: Shipping Associate** **Job Description** As a Shipping Associate, you will work in the shipping department of a leading manufacturer of structural connecting systems for wood, steel, masonry, concrete, and composite wood building construction. You will be responsible for pick packing, shipping, and operating an electronic pallet jack. Training will be provided for the shipping aspects of the job. **Responsibilities** + Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. + Operate an electronic pallet jack and reach truck. + Handle shipping and receiving tasks. + Use an RF scanner to manage inventory. + Ensure materials are handled safely and properly. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months experience picking and pulling orders using an electric pallet jack or a reach truck. + 6+ months experience in a shipping or receiving position. + Experience with forklifts, packing, and material handling. + Proficiency with RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a warehouse environment. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer great benefits and opportunities for career growth.
