Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)What You’ll Do Perform administrative support for two or more of the essential support functions necessary for the operation of the branch, including production scheduling/shipping, invoicing, and general administrative duties.
• Assist with answering phones and general office administration functions.
• Coordinate shop production schedule with the Shop Supervisor and detailers to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Arrange trucking with approved freight companies and schedule deliveries.
• Assist with basic accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Develop exceptional working relationships with customers and vendors.
• Prepare and record necessary paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Shipping Clerk Qualifications:
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or local/state equivalent
What Will Put Your Application Ahead
• Two year degree from an accredited school or college
• Prior experience in the construction industry
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and math skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
