What You'll Do:

Pick orders using our WMS and ERP systemUtilize hand scanners to facilitate shipping tasksCreate documents using ERP and send using OutlookPack simple and complex orders using our WMS and ERP systemWarehouse housekeeping and cleanlinessResearch and solve inventory issues in our ERPCross train in all areas of the warehouseFollow all Marmon Link policies and procedures as outlined by the company and its leaders.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or GED is preferred, equivalent work experience is acceptedMinimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a warehouse shipping departmentDemonstrate use and understanding of an RF scannerMust have experience with Warehouse Management Systems or other ERPsExperience with and ability to use a forklift, cherry picker and other essential warehouse equipment including hand tools preferred.Experience with international shipping preferredStrong work ethics, enthusiastic, willing to work with others and contribute to the team atmosphere.

The warehouse operates between the hours of 6am – 6pm. The hours for this position are based on assignment with at least 40 hours a week but may vary according to special projects, deadlines, or other concerns.  Required to lift 10-30-lbs. 50-lb load lifting is an occasional task but it may be assisted or modified. Lifting over 50 lbs. must be assisted. Training on safety and best practices will be provided.
