Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Shipping and Receiving/Inventory Clerk to join our team in Cloverdale, California. This position offers a 2+ month contract employment opportunity where you will be in charge of directing drivers, managing document-related tasks, handling data entry, and performing accounts payable duties as needed. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage data entry tasks • Handle and direct drivers as required • Actively maintain and organize inventory records • Carry out scanning and printing of documents as needed • Record the contents of trucks by performing counts and taking photographs • Conduct clerical duties associated with accounts payable as necessary • Ensure all documents are properly signed • Utilize Excel for creating charts and graphs • Answer inbound calls and provide appropriate assistance • Tag in and tag out as per the operational requirements. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role • Proficient in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently • Experience in creating charts and graphs for inventory tracking and reporting • Ability to perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing • Exceptional data entry skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy • Familiarity with scanning equipment and the ability to scan documents effectively • Knowledge and experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) tasks.
