Shipping and Receiving Clerk 
Boonton, NJ
$17-$19/Hour, DOE 

The shipping and receiving clerk will ensure that products are packaged and meet all expectations including scheduling. Ensure purchased materials are received accurately and timely. 

Responsibilities:

Ensures accurate and timely shipments of finished goods.  Efficiently receive, process and stock incoming goods.  Examine contents and compare with records, such as: manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments.  Record shipment data such as weight, charges, space availability and damages or discrepancies for reporting, accounting and recordkeeping purposes.  Work with production to ensure necessary information is relayed.  Pack, seal, label and affix shipping labels to prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as hand tools and power tools.

Requirements: 

Must have experience working in all aspects of shipping and receiving including order releases, packing lists generation, preparing international shipping documents, etc.  Must have experience with UPS, FedEx and on line shipping systems.  Must be able to read and write  in English - lift up to 60lbs. and be willing to work overtime as needed.
